Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Subscription Cancellations

To cancel your EpicReviews subscription, you must send a written email request to Cancellation@epicreviews.ai. Please include your account information and a clear statement of your intent to cancel. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

2. No Refunds for Time Used

We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used months. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle, even after submitting a cancellation request.

3. Refunds for Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with our software that we are unable to resolve, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer support team at Support@epicreviews.ai within 30 days of the issue occurring and provide details about the technical problem.

4. Refunds for Other Reasons

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please send a written email request to Cancellation@epicreviews.ai, explaining your situation.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website.
